Nature of Business:
It is hereby informed that “infocombazaar.com / infocombazaar.in” and its parent concern, “BRIGHT INFOCOM,” is a marketing and distribution company, not a manufacturer.
MAHAGST Certification:
We certify that our registration under the MAHAGST Act 2017 is valid at the time of sale as indicated in the invoice, and the sale is conducted in the regular course of our business.
Transfer of Responsibility:
Our responsibility for the goods ceases once they leave our warehouse.
GST Invoice Policy:
We provide proper GST invoices for all products sold. If your company’s GST number is required on the invoice, please provide it during the ordering process and submit your GST certificate for verification.
Order Cancellation:
No charges will be applied for order cancellations made before dispatch or booking with a logistics service. Once the order has been shipped, no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades will be accepted.
Bajaj EMI Orders:
If the order is canceled by the buyer after payment through Bajaj EMI, a 5% deduction from the total amount will apply.
Warranty in Abnormal Usage:
Products purchased for special usage in environments outside of normal conditions must be disclosed at the time of purchase; otherwise, the warranty will be void.
Acceptance of Terms:
Ignorance of these terms and conditions does not exempt the customer from their responsibilities.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:
For DOA claims, ensure all parts and accessories are intact in the box. Missing components will disqualify the product from being treated as DOA and will instead be considered RMA.
Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers. Installation by a qualified PC hardware engineer is required for all products.
Order Cancellation Rights:
BRIGHT INFOCOM reserves the right to cancel any orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.
Jurisdiction:
Any legal disputes arising from this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
WARRANTY & RMA TERMS
Carry-In Warranty:
All products are covered under a carry-in warranty. The buyer must cover shipping charges for sending and receiving RMA products if outside the policy window.
On-Site Warranty:
On-site warranty is available only within the brand’s serviceable area. Outside of these areas, the warranty will convert to a carry-in service.
Shipping Insurance for RMA Products:
Our shipping service for RMA products does not include insurance for damage caused in transit. We are not liable for such damages.
Direct/Manufacturer Warranty:
Products listed with “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” indicate that the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer. BRIGHT INFOCOM is not responsible for any legal or financial liabilities related to these warranties.
Invoice for Warranty Claims:
Always provide a copy of our invoice when making a warranty claim.
Physical Condition for Warranty:
Products must be in good physical condition to be accepted for warranty repair or replacement.
Warranty Voids for Damage:
Warranty will be void if the product is damaged, missing parts, has tampered warranty stickers, or has been mishandled.
RMA Processing Time:
RMA and warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s timeline. Delays should not be disputed with BRIGHT INFOCOM, as we only facilitate the process.
Mishandling Damage:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper use, or lack of knowledge, especially when the product would not be damaged under normal conditions.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy:
Warranties apply only to manufacturing defects, and claims must align with the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
Repair or Replacement:
Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s policy.
Warranty Without Accessories:
Products received without accessories, manuals, software, or original packaging will be rejected for warranty claims.
Direct Warranty Claims:
Any disputes or service problems must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or distributor. BRIGHT INFOCOM is not responsible for litigation.
Full Payment Requirement:
Warranty service is provided only when full payment is made on the due date.
Revocation of Warranty Service:
Warranty service is a goodwill offer and is not guaranteed indefinitely. BRIGHT INFOCOM reserves the right to revoke this service without prior notice.
